Susan grew up in Martinez, Georgia where she graduated from Lakeside Comprehensive High School. Life took her to Virginia Beach, Virginia where she worked as an office manager for an insurance loss contractor and an Accountant III for the City of Norfolk Community Services Board. Once her daughter was born, Susan moved back home to Martinez to be closer to family. She joined the Bill Beazley Homes family in 2001 and has loved it ever since. Susan has one perfect daughter who is her favorite person in the world.
Susan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia Regents University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management degree. She is committed to her continual education and has received Prudential Real Estate Affiliates eCertified 2.0® Designation and Market Motive’s certification as SEO Practitioner. Susan is currently in the Leadership Columbia County Class of 2016 with the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce.
Susan committed to giving back to the community and sits on the Board of Directors for the Columbia County Foundation for Children, a small non-profit organization that provides needs based scholarships and benevolence services for the youth living in Columbia County.
Joe was born and raised in Paterson, NJ and moved to the Evans, GA area in 1997. Joe has been in the construction industry since 1982, joined Bill Beazley Homes, Inc. in 2003 as a builder and moved to the Land Development department in 2007.
Along with his responsibilities in managing the development of Bill Beazley Homes neighborhoods, Joe also applies his artistic and creative talents to the design of the neighborhood pools in Willow Oak Village and Gregg’s Mill as well as the entrance features in Gregg’s Mill, Willow Oak Village, The Retreat at Storm Branch, and Haynes Station (which won the 2012 Sales and Marketing Council of Augusta Best Community Entrance.)
Joe has a BA degree in Urban Planning and a MS degree in Construction Management. Joe is a National Association of Home Builders Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder. He is a licensed light commercial and residential builder in South Carolina, a certified SCDHEC Erosion Control Inspector, and a certified Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission Erosion Control Inspector.
Tim graduated from East Syracuse Minoa high school, New York in 1987. Immediately upon graduation, he served with the United States Army until 1995. Once Tim was discharged from the military, he became employed with Nordahl Homes as Director of Construction in Augusta, Georgia from 1995 until 2007. Tim joined the Bill Beazley Homes team in 2007 as our Director of Construction for Georgia. Tim is a dedicated husband and loving father of two and grandfather of one.

William is a native to our area. He grew up in Evans, Georgia and graduated from Evans High School in 1995. After high school, William enrolled in Furman University and graduated with a degree in business administration as well as earning a four year letterman on Furman’s baseball team.
William began working for Bill Beazley Homes in the fall of 1999. He is a certified green builder with the National Association of Home Builders and has a South Carolina builder’s license.
William is married to the perfect wife and has three wonderful children. He enjoys coaching baseball in our local community and is a member of Kiokee Baptist church.
One of William’s favorite pastimes are spending times outdoors with his friends and family.
Chuck Lacey is a native of the Central Savannah River Area, born in Augusta, GA, and graduating from North Augusta High School S.C. After attending Aiken Technical College he worked at the Savannah River Plant for several years prior to joining the Bill Beazley Homes team nearly 18 years ago.
Since then he’s become a valuable member of the team, now leading our Customers Relations Department.
He prides himself in establishing professional relationships with all the company’s homeowners, ensuring top notch treatment to meet each customers’ personal needs.
He has a daughter who attends Riverside Middle School, and he is a live-in caregiver to his stepfather.
He looks forward to a continued rewarding career with Bill Beazley Homes and its customers for many years to come.
