As your partner, we’ll guide you through all the decisions and details. Along the way, we’ll simplify the process for you. We’ll communicate often and keep you informed through every step of the construction process. For quicker occupancy, we also offer homes under construction just waiting for your finishing touches.

Pre-Construction Meeting

During the pre-construction meeting, you will learn what to expect throughout the building process. You will review and approve your plans, schedules and specifications. You'll then receive a link to your personalized InSearch design portal where you'll create your wishlist followed by a meeting with our Design Team. In the New Home Design Studio, our design consultant will assist you in personalizing your new home to compliment your personal taste.

Pre-Drywall Walkthrough

At your walkthrough, the builder will go through your home with you to show you specifics inside the walls. During this time, you will be able to make sure that any special requests agreed upon in your contract or on a change order are correct. This is the time to review patio, fence and gate placement (if applicable). The builder will also guide you through the mechanics of your home such as wiring, plumbing and the HVAC system.

New Home Orientation

Once construction is complete, your builder and a member of our Customer Relations Team will give you an orientation of your new home. During this meeting, you will learn about the operation of your home, including all systems and appliances, as well as suggested routine maintenance and care of the home. The Customer Relations Team member you meet at orientation will be your point of contact should any questions or issues arise.

Customer Relations

At Bill Beazley Homes, we are especially proud of our Customer Relations Team. Seven full-time employees have the privilege of ensuring satisfaction with your new home for years to come. We don’t believe in passing you through multiple customer relations specialists. This is why the representative you meet at your orientation will be with you from closing throughout the warranty period of your home. Our goal is to form a great working relationship and create a quick response time for each request. We will get to know you and your home for the best service possible.

Warranty

Bill Beazley Homes warrants your home to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of your closing. In addition to our one-year builder warranty, every Bill Beazley Home is backed by the 2 year/10 year StrucSure Warranty, the most used and best recognized warranty in the home building business.

The 2 year/10 year StrucSure Warranty is transferable in the event you sell your home within the first 10 years of ownership. This is a great selling tool as it provides the new owner the same peace of mind that you have enjoyed.
