As your partner, we’ll guide you through all the decisions and details. Along the way, we’ll simplify the process for you. We’ll communicate often and keep you informed through every step of the construction process. For quicker occupancy, we also offer homes under construction just waiting for your finishing touches.

Either way, you’ll have the freedom to choose each and every detail. We have the experience to build every detail you choose with uncompromising attention to quality.

Pre-Construction Meeting

At this meeting, you will learn exactly what to expect during the building process. You will review and approve plans, specifications and schedules. At our New Home Design Center, you will be assisted by our design consultant who will help you personalize your new home to complement your own personal taste.

Pre-Drywall Walkthrough

At this time, your builder will go through your home with you to show you what’s inside the walls. This is the time to make certain any special requests agreed upon at your pre-construction meeting, such as the placement of cable TV jacks etc. Your builder will also show you the mechanics of your home (wiring, plumbing, HVAC, etc).

New Home Orientation

When your home is complete, you will be given an orientation of your home by your builder and a member of our Customer Relations Team. During the orientation, you will learn about the operation of your home, including all systems and appliances, as well as, routine care and maintenance of your home.

The member of the customer relations team that attends your orientation will be your contact person if any problems or questions arise.

Customer Relations

We are particularly proud of our Customer Relations Team at Bill Beazley Homes. It is staffed by three full-time employees whose job is to ensure your satisfaction with your new home continues for years to come.

We don’t believe in shuffling people from one customer relations specialist to another. The person who is assigned to you at your orientation will remain your customer relations specialist after the closing and as long as your home is under warranty. This allows us to form a good working relationship and decrease the response time to your request. It also ensures that you are dealing with someone who knows you and knows your home as well.

Warranty

Bill Beazley Homes warrants your home to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of your closing. In addition to our one-year builder warranty, every Bill Beazley home is backed by the 2 year/10 year StrucSure Warranty., the most used and best recognized warranty in the home building business.

The 2 year/10 year StrucSure Warranty is transferable in the event you sell your home within the first 10 years of ownership. This is a great selling tool as it provides the new owner the same peace of mind that you have enjoyed.
