Artboard-3

This is fully a personal opinion, but fall is the best season in the south. The weather is perfect and there are so many activities for the family to enjoy, both indoors and outdoors! A favorite fall tradition for many is going through a corn maze. There are quite a few in the CSRA to enjoy as well as other fun places to visit.

The Maize at Steeds Dairy, Grovetown, Georgia

From October 2 through November 28, you have the opportunity to visit one of the CSRA’s most popular fall areas. Not only is there a 5 acre corn maize to trudge through, there are also real cow-milking demonstrations, hay rides, a petting zoo, pumpkin patch, kids’ play area, and more. It truly is the spot to be for all things fall! Admission prices are $8 per person for seniors, military, or groups of 10 or more and $11 for anyone else age 3 and up.

Hickory Hill Milk, Edgefield, South Carolina

Every Tuesday in October from 6:00-9:00, Hickory Mill Milk is hosting Fall Family Festival Nights. These are $10 per person and cash is required for payment. You can enjoy horse or mule-drawn wagon rides, guided farm tours, a corn maze, and live music. Click here for more information.

Clinton Sease Farm, Lexington, South Carolina

The season at Clinton Sease Farm runs through November 7 and daily admission is $14 per person age 4 and up. There are SO many activities to enjoy, from the first responder themed corn maze to various swings, animals, pumpkin patch, giant slides, and much more. More information can be found   here.

Gather your friends and family to enjoy a day at one of these fun-filled locations (or all of them over multiple days)! Not only will you have a blast with the fun fall activities, you will also be supporting small, family-owned businesses and farms.
