In recognition of our, “selfless service and leadership before, during, and after the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition build,” City of Augusta Mayor, Deke Copenhaver proclaimed January 23, Bill Beazley Homes’ Day. For this project, Bill Beazley Homes’ management staff joined Ty Pennington and 100’s of other volunteers to build a new home for Ernestine Graham and her two children. The project was aired on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in January 2011. Included in this 5-day project was a new log cabin at Girl Scout Camp Tanglewood in honor of Mrs. Graham. In the proclamation signed by Copenhaver, Bill Beazley Homes was quoted as demonstrating “exceptional craftsmanship, premium materials, the latest technology, and unparalleled customer service.” Through their work with Extreme Makeover, Bill Beazley Homes Incorporated has become a “community hero, recognized for their many acts of kindness and exceptional attitude of generosity.”
boardThe Columbia County Board of Commissioners has also designated March 15, as Bill Beazley Homes’ Day in Columbia County. This honor was bestowed on Bill Beazley Homes in recognition of their “selfless nature, generosity, and deep understanding of the principles of doing onto others and giving back.” Bill Beazley was placed in the top tier of builders to have worked with ABC Senior Producer, Milan Vasic, who heralded them as outstanding builders. The builders at Bill Beazley Homes are “tireless” and “the best of the best,” he said.Through the wholehearted efforts of Bill Beazley Homes and their tireless employees, the community of Augusta has been positively impacted. To have not one, but two days observing Bill Beazley Homes is a tremendous honor and something we are truly proud of.
