Building a Legacy
For 50 years, Bill Beazley Homes has built quality homes and well-planned communities in the CSRA. As a local company, we’re proud to create neighborhoods that meet the needs of today’s homeowners while keeping the craftsmanship, care, and long-term value people expect from us.
Over the years, Bill Beazley Homes has helped shape communities in Augusta, Grovetown, Hephzibah, Aiken, Graniteville, Beech Island, and nearby areas. We design our neighborhoods for every stage of life, offering a variety of home styles, floor plans, and settings.
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. We focus on solid construction, practical layouts, appealing finishes, and well-designed neighborhoods so homeowners can enjoy their homes for years. We know a home is more than just a building, it’s where people come together, grow, celebrate, and plan for the future.
We’re proud to be part of the region’s growth and development. Our commitment is more than just building houses. We work to create lasting communities, support the areas we serve, and continue a tradition of trust that’s been built over decades.
For generations, families have trusted Bill Beazley Homes to build more than homes. We build neighborhoods, relationships, and places people are proud to call home.
1976: The First Foundation

In 1976, the American dream had a specific price tag in the CSRA: $27,900.
That was the cost of the very first single-family home built by Bill Beazley Homes in Meadowood. While the world was celebrating the Bicentennial and adjusting to life with the newly founded land development division (established in 1978), we were focused on a single mission: building a home that would last.
