Bill Beazley Homes offers a wide variety of included options at no additional cost. Your Online Design Studio also makes it easy to explore available upgrades and see pricing for many selections before your Design Meeting.
Getting Started
The Design Process
Your design experience will depend on where your new home is in the construction process.
Presale Homes
For homes where construction has not yet started.
- Attend your Plans & Specs Meeting with your builder.
- Receive an email from the Design Team with information about accessing your personal Online Design Studio portal.
- Review available included options and upgrades and build your Wishlist.
- Schedule your Design Meeting with the Design Team.
Homes Already Under Construction
For homes where construction has already begun.
- A Plans & Specs Meeting is not required.
- The Design Team will contact you shortly after your sales agreement with information about your next steps.
- Log in to your Online Design Studio and follow the built-in tutorial.
- Review available selections, save your favorites and desired upgrades to your Wishlist, then schedule your Design Meeting.
Your Personal Portal
Online Design Studio
After your Plans & Specs Meeting for a presale home, or after your sales agreement is finalized for a home already under construction, you will receive an email from the Bill Beazley Homes Online Design Studio.
Your email will include:
- A welcome message and instructions
- A link to your personal Online Design Studio portal
- Access to a built-in tutorial when you enter the portal
How to Make Your Selections
- Explore each section of your Online Design Studio.
- Add your preferred included options and desired upgrades to your Wishlist.
- Review available upgrade pricing inside the portal.
- Save your Wishlist before logging out.
- Review and finalize your selections with the Design Team during your Design Meeting.
Finalize Your Selections
Your Design Meeting
Your Design Meeting can be held at our Evans office or remotely. Our Design Team will work with you to review your Wishlist and finalize the available selections for your home.
- Review and finalize your selections with our Design Team.
- Optional and special-order items will be priced through a Change Order when necessary. Pricing for many upgrades is already available in your portal.
- Please be prepared to make the required payment for your upgraded selections at the conclusion of your appointment.
After Your Design Meeting
Making Changes
If you would like to request a change after your Design Meeting, all requests must be submitted in writing and finalized through an official Change Order.
1. Submit in Writing
Send your requested changes to the Design Team in writing.
2. Builder Review
Your builder reviews the request before it is sent to Estimating for pricing.
3. Change Order
Estimating prepares the official Change Order for your review and approval.
Typical Change Order turnaround time is approximately 1 to 10 business days.

What Is a Change Order?
A Change Order is the formal document used to list requested modifications or upgrades to your home.
How It Works
- Email your written list of requested changes to Design@BillBeazleyHomes.com .
- Your builder reviews the request.
- The request is sent to Estimating for pricing.
- Estimating prepares your official Change Order.
- A 60% deposit is required to accept the Change Order.
- The remaining 40% is due at closing.
- Draw a line through any listed items you do not wish to include.
- Return the signed Change Order with the required payment.

Important Information
Important Things to Keep in Mind
- Change Orders may require an adjustment to your contracted closing date. You will be notified if your closing date is affected.
- Structural changes, including exterior materials, walls, windows, doors, fireplaces, tubs and shingles, cannot be made after the sales agreement is final.
- Electrical, plumbing and other rough-in changes cannot be made once framing begins.
- A Pre-Sheetrock Orientation, when available, will be scheduled after rough trades are complete.
- A Pre-Closing Homeowner Orientation will typically be scheduled approximately one week before closing.
