Bill Beazley Homes is excited to announce our new Self Tour Program
This new program allows you to schedule a time to tour our award-winning model home in Kelarie on your own and at your own pace. The system is simple; once you create an account and schedule a time, you will be given a temporary code to unlock the door. You can tour the home at your own pace and at a time that works for you.
Convenient
Each tour is allowed one hour between 8am and 8pm; during which you may look through the house. There are QR codes that can be scanned using a smartphone to provide information about the home.
Safe
Additionally, the homes are protected by an alarm system, cameras, and automatic locking doors. Each home is regularly cleaned so that each experience is as pleasant as possible.

Steps To Sign Up
On our website, click the “Schedule a Self-Tour Button” to be directed to our self-tour scheduling platform. To access the platform directly from our signs, aim the camera app on your smartphone at the QR code on the sign and open the link.
If this is your first visit, simply click “Create Account.” Repeat visitors can log in with their email address and password.
Select your desired date and time. You can also select the “Tour Now” time option to tour the home immediately.
Select your desired identity verification method: Credit / Debit Card or Driver’s License. This identity verification is only required on your very first visit.
Credit / Debit Card: Simply complete all information on the form. Your card is used for identity verification only — your card will not be charged.
Driver’s License: Follow the prompts to take a picture of the front and back of the license. Then take a selfie.
Agree to the terms and conditions and you will receive your 4-digit entry code. Arrive at the home during your scheduled time.
On the front door, hold your palm over the lock keypad to get the keypad out of sleep mode. Then enter your access code and click the checkmark (bottom left).
Please ensure the door completely
closes behind you when you enter
and leave the home. Enjoy your tour!
